Flights
- Each participant will organise his or her own travel arrangements.
- The project will reimburse a maximum of 400 Euros per trip per participant on the basis of receipts or invoices and proof of travel (copies of boarding passes, train tickets, etc). For further guidance on the supporting documents necessary to claim reimbursement, please contact Eucojust.
Hotels

Each participant is responsible for booking his/her hotel rooms. A list of recommended hotels is available below but participants are free to chose any other hotel/accommodation if they wish to do so. Participants are advised to book their hotel as soon as possible as many conferences are planned for September in Brussels.

A compensatory allowance of 197 Euro per night spent in Brussels will be paid to each participant to cover the costs incurred (hotel, food, communication, local transport etc) during his/her stay in Brussels (for a maximum of 3 nights per person).

Lunches and coffee breaks will be offered by the conference.

Special rates for conference participants have been negotiated with the following hotels. Bookings should be made before 15 August 2010 to benefit from these negotiated rates. We recommend participants to book in the Hilton hotel located within walking distance of the conference venue.
